Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not send or store your enquiry on the website. You decide whether to send it. ELKOM receives the name, phone, optional email and message you send, to respond and discuss the repair. These details are not shared with Google for advertising matching.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads advertising cookies to measure phone-link clicks and opening an email from the enquiry form, and to optimise advertising. Google may receive cookie and ad-click identifiers, IP address, device details and visited pages. We do not send your entered name, phone, email or message for advertising matching. You can reject or change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

In the EEA (including Bulgaria), UK, Switzerland and Canada, advertising measurement is blocked until acceptance. It is also blocked when the region cannot be determined. Elsewhere it can run without a banner, unless you reject it. Rejected or previously blocked actions are not replayed after later acceptance. A phone click is not a confirmed call, and opening an email is not a confirmed sent enquiry.

Google processes data under its own policies and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. Read about Google's use of advertising data: Google Privacy.

Your choice and withdrawal

This browser stores a random visitor reference and your choice history, with dates and the notice and options shown. Earlier acceptance remains in the history after withdrawal; your latest choice governs all new measurement. The record stays on your device until browser storage is cleared. Cookie settings does not change your choice until you accept or reject. A change applies to other open tabs on this site. Withdrawal stops new contact reports; it does not erase data already received by Google or automatically delete existing Google cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser.
